All shipments are carried out by the main transportation agencies both at national and international level. Shipping to the Canary Islands and Russia are carried out through the post office. For majority cases transport agencies doesn't accept to deliver orders to post office boxes.
Customs authorities have a restriction on dutiable shipments sent to private individuals using private transport agencies. Almost any product subject to tax and duties being sent to a private individual in this countries will be held and inspected by customs. This can take days and even weeks. Escoda will send orders to this countries by traditional post service and can not accept responsibility for any import, local tax charges or delay made to your order by customs authorities or officials in the country destination. We apologise for any inconvenience.
The average production period of our manufactured products is, approximately, 7 working days in addition to the transit days, which depend on the final destination:
Peninsular Spain and Portugal: From 1 to 3 working days.
Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 15 working days (only shipments by Spanish Post Service).
Europe: From 2 to 4 working days.
North America, Asia and Oceania: From 3 to 4 working days.
South America: From 7 to 15 days.
Africa: From 4 to 5 working days.
Russia: 15 working days (only shipments by Spanish Post Service).
In the event that Escoda Sabatés S.L. (from now Escoda), cannot meet with this period due to lack of stock, our customer service will contact you in 1 or 5 working days to notify it and confirm the approximate date of delivery, change or cancellation. If you pay in advance, you will get your money back immediately, in the same way you paid for it or in case it won't be availiable by an alternative method, if any of the offered alternatives or the date of service do not suit you.

Please note: Shipments considered for transport agencies as non-metropolitan or remote zones, may apply additional charges at the delivery moment.
The Value Added Tax (VAT) must be added to all on-sale products in our website. If your company is allowed to exclude the VAT, you will be asked to previously provide your VAT number and the appropriate certificate by sending an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Purchases carried out by physical or juridical residents living in extra-communitarian countries will not be exempt from paying the sales tax, unless they send us the appropriate certificate.
Orders headed to extra-communitarian countries are subject to several customs costs and taxes. The customer who has carried out the order the one will have to pay for these taxes. Ask with your local customs authority for more information.
The purchasing system is subject to the current legislation in Spain. Thus, one should assume that sales are carried out from the headquarters of Escoda: Joaquín Costa street, 47, 08206 Sabadell (Barcelona) – Spain.
“Customers are reminded that it exists the legal warranty in article 123 in the Law of Defense of Consumers and Users in the events and in the form established on it”.
You have the right to withdraw your current contract within 14 calendar days without the need to justify it.
The withdrawal period will expire within 14 calendar days.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you will be asked to inform us about your decision to withdraw the contract through an unequivocal declaration, such as a letter sent by regular mail. You may use the following withdrawal form as a model, but it is not obligatory to use this one:

To accomplish the withdrawal period, you just need to communicate this right by sending the corresponding form before the expiration date.
If you withdraw your contract, we will give you back all your payments, excluding the delivery costs without any delay and, in any case, within a maximum time period of 14 working days from the date in which you inform us about your decision to withdraw this contract. We will carry out this refund using the same payment method that you used in your first transaction, unless you have stated the contrary or it won't be availiable and then it'll be used an alternate method; in any case, there won’t be any cost as a result of the refund.
We will only accept refunds of goods during the 30 following days after their reception and they will have to be accepted by the company Escoda. Refunds will have to be requested by sending email to firstname.lastname@example.org including the order number in the subject of the message.
The steps that you have to follow if you want to make a complaint due to defective material and if you want to avoid unnecessary costs are the following:
- Send a photo of the defective product to email@example.com.
- Give details about the defects of the product.
- Indicate the order number and date, as well as the invoice number issued by Escoda (indispensable requisite).
If Escoda considers it appropriate, the product will be collected at your home address without any additional cost for the customer. In that case, Escoda will contact you to indicate how to proceed.
Escoda will not pay to the customer the delivery costs of defective material that the customer unilaterally sent without previous authorization.
In case of refund due to defective material because of a manufacturing error, Escoda will replace the product by a new one or by another one with the same category. In no case will the customer get the money back, but the customer will be provided with a valid voucher for future purchases. In case of refund of defective material due to an error in its use, Escoda will inform the customer about the reason why the complaint cannot be made, in writing and will send back again the defective product (if it has already been picked up).
In case of refund because the material is not appropriate due to an error in the purchase process made by the customer, the customer will have to send the goods and pay for the shipping fee to the address that will be indicated in the authorization. Escoda will replace it according to the conditions stated in the “Period of Order Production and Expedition” section.
In no case will the customer get the money back, but the customer will be provided with a valid voucher for future purchases. In case of an error in shipping made by Escoda, the company will pick it up and will send the correct product again without any additional cost for the customer.
